We recommend our clients to reserve or book online ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone or online upon availability.
A Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method and must be on file when making a reservation over the phone, by email or booking online.
We may take an authorization for the full amount on the card to guarantee funds availability 72 hours prior to the scheduled ride. We will then finalize the charges on your card after the trip has been completed. The actual credit card must be presented to the driver at the time of pick-up. The driver may ask for additional identification to ensure the validity of the card. All receipts are sent by email.
All signatures and information must match before the card will be accepted as payment. The credit card must be completed and signed at the end of the trip. During the trip passengers may not leave the vehicle, for any purpose, without signing the credit card slip.
We have a secure 128-bit SSL encrypted payment. By submitting payment details you consent to the detection and storage of your IP address to help guard against credit card fraud.
To prepay a reservation or a booking transfer, you should fill out and sign the Credit card authorization form and email it back to email@example.com along with copies of the credit card and the credit card holder ID (all signatures should match).
In order to avoid cancellation fees, customers must notify at least 3 hours in advance for Manhattan and airport pickups and at least 4 hours in advance for pickups outside Manhattan . Cancellations are accepted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and by phone at (212) 518-6959.
A cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total trip cost, is charged to the credit card on file for any cancellation made less than three (3) hours before the scheduled pickup time and the driver has not arrival at the pickup location. Cancellations made at the pick up location is considered as a No show.
If a Client fails to show at the designated location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, will charged to the credit card on file. This includes any cancellations made after a chauffeur has reached the pick up location.
If you do not see your driver at a certain pick-up point do not leave before calling the dispatch office at (212) 518-6959 we will direct you to your chauffeur. If you leave without calling, you will be billed for the full price of the ride (or a no-show fee).
Corporate clients with established corporate accounts, all charges of the invoice will be considered correct and due upon receipt unless we receive an objection within 10 days from the invoice date. Copies of the vouchers under dispute should be faxed or mailed to us and the disputed charges or items should be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and non-refundable.
Individual accounts and personal profiles, all charges applied to the customer's credit card will be considered correct unless we receive an objection within 15 days from the charge date in writing. It is recommended to reserve your ride as soon as possible to receive the quoted fare, as rates may be subject to change based on availability of the day. Once a ride is reserved, you will only be charged for the rate you were quoted.
The rate quoted online, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation. Fees for tolls, waiting time and additional stops are not included in the estimate and will increase your rate.
Any changes made to your trip after pick-up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from the driver or the office (212-518-6959) before proceeding on your way.
Based on traffic, weather and road conditions of the day, your driver will make a determination of the safest and fastest route to your destination. He may occasionally opt to take a toll route over a free route based on his knowledge and experience. Passengers are responsible for any tolls incurred throughout the trip. You will be charged the full toll rate. Discounted rates do not apply. Upon arrival at your destination, the driver will inform you of the tolls and add them to your bill. Tolls may vary from trip to trip based upon the route taken. Round trip tolls will be charged on trips where the driver cannot return to Manhattan without paying a toll.
